The Digital Marketing Specialist at Thinaer is a key player in our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and execute digital marketing strategies in a fast-growing, series B SaaS company that’s revolutionizing the world of operations with IIoT technology.
We are seeking a creative and analytical individual who is prepared to learn, innovate, and make a significant impact on our team. This role will immerse you in numerous aspects of marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, content creation, and website optimization. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work in close collaboration with our Marketing leadership, Sales team, and other key stakeholders to drive Thinaer’s brand visibility and lead generation efforts.
Given the fast-paced and evolving nature of our company, the roles and responsibilities may adapt to align with the growing scope and needs of the business. Though based in Dallas is preferred, remote or hybrid work options can be considered. This role is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies in harmony with the overarching marketing and business goals.
- Content Creation, Website, & Event Management: Generate engaging digital content for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. Oversee the management of the website’s overall content and coordinate webinars and trade shows, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
- SEO & SEM: Implement SEO strategies for enhancing website visibility and oversee SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Use digital analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on our digital marketing initiatives’ performance, making adjustments as needed for optimum results.
- Social Media, Marketing Calendar, & Event Schedule Management: Manage our social media platforms, produce engaging content, monitor engagement levels, and promptly respond to comments and messages. Oversee the planning of the marketing calendar and event schedules, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Email Marketing: Oversee email marketing campaigns, craft compelling content, monitor metrics like open rates and click-through rates, and optimize for superior results.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Demonstrated experience in SEO, SEM, social media management, email marketing, and digital analytics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, including CRM platforms, SEO tools, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
