The Supply Chain Operations Manager ensures Thinaer customers get the equipment they need, on-time while maintaining accurate inventory and financial reporting. This position will be responsible for leading, implementing and optimizing the supply chain processes of the business including: procurement, fulfillment, inventory management, forecasting, production planning and reporting.
Your role will be cross-functional in nature, working alongside and connecting Sales, Sales Engineering, Finance, Product and Customer Success, enabling you to experience multiple aspects of a hyper-growth company from within. Being a fast paced and growing company, roles and responsibilities may change due to the rapid growth of the scope and needs of the business.
This role is based in Dallas.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support and improve our supply chain and inventory management operations including:
- Maintaining accurate inventory reporting and owning the monthly demand and supply planning processes
- Managing our fulfillment partners and vendors to ensure cost savings and accurate, on-time deliveries
- Managing, tracking and fulfilling orders from clients and supporting our field teams
- Preparing and assembling shipments, notifications and confirmations of receipt
- Executing and improving our processes to ensure excellent internal and external client experiences
- Managing Thinaer’s supply chain analyst
- Support the CFO on financial reporting and planning
- Conduct basic administrative and operational duties as needed in support of the company as all team members do
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, demand planning, logistics or detailed project management role
- Strong planning and procurement skills with demonstrated experience using and applying continuous improvement tools and methodologies
- Experience with demand planning, detailed scheduling, production planning, and logistics
- Demonstrated capability to drive process improvement
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem solving skills
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Passion for going above and beyond the call of duty, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
