Thinaer deploys on AWS. For U.S. defense, government, and regulated workloads, Thinaer deploys on AWS GovCloud (US). Commercial and international deployments run on standard AWS regions.
Thinaer has completed the AWS FTR, which independently verifies security best practices, operational reliability, and architectural soundness against AWS’s published standards. FTR documentation is available on request.
For customers requiring GovCloud, Thinaer operates within the AWS GovCloud (US) boundary. GovCloud provides infrastructure that supports compliance with frameworks including FedRAMP, ITAR, and DFARS — and supports workloads up to Impact Level 5. Thinaer’s deployment within GovCloud leverages these infrastructure controls. Specific compliance certifications and assessments are the responsibility of each organization’s security and compliance program — we’re happy to discuss how our architecture maps to your specific requirements.
Thinaer’s API-first architecture integrates with your existing MES, ERP, CMMS, and data lake infrastructure over secure, authenticated connections.
Thinaer supports both customer-hosted deployments (we deploy into your AWS account, giving your team full control of the environment) and Thinaer-managed cloud deployments (we host and operate the environment on your behalf). Both models support US and EU AWS regions.

Deploying Thinaer in Europe

Thinaer’s infrastructure is region-parameterized, meaning we deploy to the AWS region that makes sense for your operations. We currently serve European customers in aerospace and satellite manufacturing, with active deployments in the EU.

Managed Hosting

Hosted on AWS eu-west-1 (Ireland). Thinaer manages the full infrastructure, including updates, monitoring, and maintenance, so your team can stay focused on operations.

Self Hosting

Thinaer deploys into your own AWS account in the region of your choice. We work with your team to confirm regional requirements and validate configuration during scoping.

Data Residency

Your data stays in the AWS region you select. For European customers, operational data remains within EU boundaries. Thinaer does not transfer data between regions unless you configure it to.

EU Procurement

AWS Marketplace is available to EU customers through AWS’s European entities. Billing, contracting, and support follow the same Marketplace model as US deployments.

Ongoing Support

Thinaer provides dedicated support for European deployments with coverage aligned to EU time zones. Your team gets direct access to our engineers for configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
