For the first rendition of our “employee spotlight” series, we caught up with Taylor Alston to learn more about her role and experience with Thinaer. Taylor has been at the company for seven months now and serves as a Customer Success Manager. Taylor’s professional experience has evolved from account management, client solutions, and now to customer success here with Thinaer.

Q: How long have you been with Thinaer, and what did you do before?
Over six months now. My former roles have been in customer success and account management.
Q: How would you describe your role? What are your responsibilities?
I onboard new customers, provide support and build expansion plans for our tenured customers. In short, I help clients achieve their IoT goals.
Q: How would you say your role helps your fellow team members and/or customers?
My role allows my entire team to have insight into our customer’s changing needs and empowers us to meet them. Similarly, I can keep our customers updated on our rapid improvements and additions.
Q: What exciting projects have you been working on lately?
Recently, I have worked on customer support projects and have built step-by-step installation guides and visuals for customer deliverables.
Q: What do you love about working for Thinaer?
I can create and share ideas with my team, then take action on them. It allows me to tap into my creative side while serving this great team!
Q: What have you learned since starting at Thinaer, personally and professionally?
I have learned what a healthy work environment should look like. I am already evolving as a better team member, eager to improve at how I can help all of my peers effectively.
Q: What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
When I’m not working I enjoy yoga, music, and traveling!
