For the fourth rendition of our “employee spotlight” series, we caught up with Tori George to learn more about her role and experience with Thinaer. Tori has been at the company for over three years now and serves as Director of Mobile and UI. Tori has been a vital and versatile member of the Thinaer product team, our DE&I team, and the organization as a whole.

Q: How long have you been with Thinaer? Have you always been in this particular role?
I’ve been working at Thinaer for over three years now. I’ve been in the position of Director of Mobile and UI for the past two years, and it’s been an exciting journey so far.
Q: How would you describe your role? What are your responsibilities?
I’ve been responsible for leading the development of Thinaer’s mobile and user interface products. I’ve been working on a lot of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and peripheral management, and have also been exploring the potential of AI in our products.
Q: What exciting projects have you been working on lately?
Recently, I’ve been working on some exciting projects that involve improving Thinaer’s mobile applications and enhancing user experience on our web interfaces. It’s been a challenging but rewarding experience, and I’m proud of what my team and I have accomplished so far.
Q: How would you say your role helps your fellow team members and/or customers?
I believe that my role as Director of Mobile and UI is critical to the success of Thinaer, as it helps ensure that our products are high-quality and user-friendly. By delivering products that meet customer needs and expectations, I’m able to help my fellow team members and delight our customers.
Q: What do you love most about working for Thinaer?
The company culture. It’s a supportive and collaborative environment, and I feel like I’m constantly learning from my colleagues. I’m also excited about the potential of our products to make a positive impact on people’s lives, and I find that very motivating.
Q: What have you learned since starting at Thinaer, personally and professionally?
I’ve learned a lot about mobile and UI development, as well as how to work effectively as part of a team. I’ve also had the opportunity to develop new skills and explore emerging technologies like AI. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience, and I’m excited to see what the future holds.
Q: What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
When I’m not at work, I like to spend time with my family and friends, read books on technology and design, and explore new places.
