Trigger Resolution Reports
Accessing Trigger Resolution Reports
To Access Trigger Resolution Reports, first, click on the “Analytics Reports” tab located at the top of the Analytics page.
Next, you will select “Trigger Resolution report” on the drop-down menu.
Filtering Date and Time
To filter results by date and time, use the calendar and clock feature to find the appropriate time.
You can also edit the window of time by selecting the ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates.
Click on the blue submit button to pull the data.
To export, confirm the date and times are correct and click the Export button on the top right corner.
